Did the update and now all my past conversations are gone!?!

My boyfriend has been calling me for the past week or two and recently he obtained his phone bill, saying that he owes his phone company $3000 for long distance calling. I have the same area code as him and everything, however we are both stumped. Can this be fixed or explained?

I already paid to have my ads removed and my number locked. Now this new update is telling me I will have to do it again???? What the bloody hell??? A cheap underhanded cash grab by an unscrupulous company. Also with this most recent update I lost a whole whack of messages and they STILL have not fixed it so I can answer calls from my lock screen. If a call comes in and I am not already using my phone I am screwed.

Takes about 20 min to receive texts now

Not bad for texting some text take to long to recive but for making phone call real garbage

Ive found TextNow to be the best app of its type. Talk, text, and voicemail with any CAN/USA phone. Local Canadian area code makes return calls simple. Love it! Recommend it!

This app is NOT good, 1) too many ads 2) It keep push u to use the apps, even 1 week u dont use it, they will release your phone number, so stupid

Price is right to send and receive texts and make phone calls.

really good app, lags a little and the adds are annoying, sometimes i get the notification on the lock screen, and when i go into the app the message doesnt show up until I refresh the app. also, even when i turn notifications off for this app from my settings, i cant prevent the vibration when im inside the app. when I receive a message while on the app, my phone vibrates. its quite annoying and ive looked everywhere for how to turn it off, in the app and on my settings theres no way to do it.

Working awesome on my phone now! Only thing I wish I had was an option to disable incoming calls and time stamps on each text instead of every other msg

I love this app, but when my wifi shuts off, and then turns on, I dont get a notification for when someone texted me while it was off. Fix please.

I tried updating this app and it wouldnt complete the update. Couldnt uninstall and reinstall. I hope they fix it soon, before they recycle my number. I need access to my messages, too.

This is a great app for free calls and texts. Im pleased they added a call blocker feature as well! Id replace my cheap cell if this app could receive texts and calls from international numbers other than Canada, but alas, no luck there. What it does, though, it does well.

I love this app! But the last update is terrible! It takes 8 or more tries for the app to open. It just constantly crashes. Please fix this issue! Other than that. The app is great!

Im a long time user of this app, and think very highly of it. However since the newest update the app has been crashing as soon as I start it up. It a SERIOUS PROBLEM that needs FIXING in my opinion.

I wish I could give it zero stars! I only got this app to create a Yahoo account. When you create a Yahoo account, Yahoo will send you a verification code. So I put the number I was given from this app, & it says that it doesnt accept #s from apps!!! I want my money back! total rip-off. & forget about getting a LINE, KAKAO, account, it wont accept this app number, You need a real phone number to get the verification codes.
