Lousy customer support & unauthorized charges...

This app was good for the first year I had it, so I had decided to get the paid service. Which was ehhh ok but bearable. I do not know if it was the phone or the service or a combination of both. Most times than not I could not get the phone to bring up the accept dot fast enough, I usually ended up with a missed call and then when I did try to call out or call back it took at least a full minute or more before it would actual start dialing. Was better than no service so I dealt with it. I even convinced my daughter to get the same phone from them so we both had text now service with the Same phone. Hers acted the same way.
Then today I was checking my bank account and notices I had text now charges that was not authorized nor had they been elected.to which made my bank account overdrawn. I jumped on the online support chat and yes, was highly ticked off....who wouldnt be? To which I explained to the guy, Rafeal, that I had called and suspended my service for 3 months and no 26.99 charge should have been made..plus my usual was the 18.99 data deal. Well, during my conversation I figured out that it was not my phone being charged with this, but my daughters ..to which she was getting the 1 GB data deal(32$) a month well a few weeks back she cut hers down to the 13.99 data plan for a few months. Go back about a week when her plan was due, they did take out the 13.99 fee. But now they claimed someone got her phone and upgraded her data...to which I know did not happen as we are usually together. Well, by this time I am highly ticked off and our conversation is not going well. Well the customer service rep ended up NOT answering me and turned off my daughters phone completely. Now even thou her 100mb of data was used up, she should still have her calling and texting service and wifi for data available. I have tried to call and contact the online support chat portal to which I get no replies or I was on "hold in cue" to talk on the phone for over an hour before I gave up. So now....Text Now is NOT replying to any attempts I have made to contact them. I am now disputing these charges with my bank and did get the overdraft fee refunded, and would like the 26.99 charges put back into my bank account. Since support will not give me any help...I am giving my review here to let everyone know to watch your service and charges for anything similar.
